Zero-Tolerance Policy
The clinic maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour of any kind towards our patients and team members. This includes verbal abuse, aggressive or intimidating behaviour, discriminatory or derogatory language, threats, or physical violence.
If the policy is violated, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures. Thank you for your cooperation.
Late Arrivals
Please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. Please call the clinic as soon as possible if you anticipate you may be late.
We aim to respect all scheduled appointment times, but healthcare needs can be unpredictable.
