Zero-Tolerance Policy
The clinic maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour of any kind towards our patients and team members. This includes verbal abuse, aggressive or intimidating behaviour, discriminatory or derogatory language, threats, or physical violence.
If the policy is violated, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures.
Late Arrivals
Please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. Please call the clinic as soon as possible if you anticipate you may be late.
We aim to respect all scheduled appointment times, but healthcare needs can be unpredictable.
Appointments may occasionally run a few minutes behind due to delays or the complexity of earlier visits. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we provide safe, thorough, and compassionate care.
No Shows
While we do not charge for our services or missed appointments, two missed appointments within a 6-month period may affect our ability to offer future scheduled appointments.
If this occurs, other options may include our Toronto Walk-In Clinic on Mondays and Thursdays.
We appreciate your understanding, as providing notice helps us make the most of our appointment capacity and create space to care for more patients in our community.
